About Us

DPSP & ASSOCIATES established in the year 2013 and has successfully completed 10 years of practice.

DPSP & ASSOCIATES is a firm of Company Secretaries founded by Partners Mr. P Sudarsanam, a fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India with a vast experience of more than 28 years as Secretary/Assistant Secretary both in Government and Private Companies and Mrs. P. Dakshayani, a fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India with 15 years of work experience as practicing Company Secretary. Mr. Abhilash M K, a fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India joined in 2014 and has 8 years of work experience as practicing Company Secretary.
